These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Basti Solar Solutions’s Website, Engineering, and Installation Services across Basti District, Uttar Pradesh.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, utilizing our calculators, or booking a site survey, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Basti Solar Solutions if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
2. Services Provided
Basti Solar Solutions provides comprehensive solar solutions including Residential Rooftop Solar, Commercial On-Grid Systems, Industrial Solar Setup, Solar Irrigation Pumps, and Solar Maintenance & AMC Plans. We operate strictly within the Basti District (including Basti Town, Harraiya, Rudhauli, Kaptanganj, Bankati, Bahadurpur, Gaur, Saltaua Gopal Pur, and Bhanpur).
3. Government Subsidy & PVVNL Net Metering
As a government-approved installer, we assist customers in filing for the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana (up to ₹1,08,000 subsidy) and process paperwork for Purvanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam (PVVNL) net metering. However, we do not guarantee the timeline or final approval of the subsidy disbursement or meter installation, as these are subject to government processing times, fund availability, and PVVNL local grid feasibility checks.
4. Estimates, Calculators, and Final Quotes
All costs, savings projections, and payback periods (e.g., 1.1 years) displayed on our interactive website calculator are preliminary estimates based on standard assumptions. The final quotation will be provided only after a physical site survey by our technical engineers to assess roof condition, shading, wiring distance, and structural requirements. Prices for Tier-1 modules (Tata Power, Adani, Waaree, etc.) are subject to market fluctuation.
5. 25-Year Warranty & AMC
Performance warranties on solar panels (typically 25 years) and inverters (typically 5-10 years) are provided directly by the original equipment manufacturers (OEM). Basti Solar Solutions will facilitate warranty claims and replacements as part of our Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC). Physical damage due to severe weather, vandalism, or unauthorized tampering voids the AMC agreement.
6. Liability Limitation
Basti Solar Solutions shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from delays in installation due to supply chain issues, severe weather conditions, or delayed government approvals.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time without notice to reflect changes in MNRE policies or UP state guidelines. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms of Service.
